Job Description
As a Neirbi Sales Executive (SE), you are responsible for the growth of sales and the development of both new and existing customers. You will work in all stages of the sales funnel from research and prospecting, cold and warm calling, qualifying leads, follow-up and closing.  You are then responsible for working with the customer through the onboarding process and following through to live launch and nurturing the relationship thereafter. As our key contact with the customer, we encourage you to gather feedback to help constantly improve upon our service and offer suggestions of how we can innovate and expand the Neirbi deliverable.
Your primary customer consists of hotels, hotel groups and management companies so experience in the hospitality industry is a great asset to your consideration.

Summary of responsibilities include:

  • Primary roles are the sales and development of existing and new clients including lead development, prospecting, education and closing
  • Achieve and surpass revenue budget and sales goals
  • Research potential clients, develop pitches and design effective presentation materials.
  • Attend relevant tradeshows, conferences and industry events to develop leads and make presentations. Travel is required.
  • Work with team members to ensure successful on-boarding.
  • Ensure client success with regular contact and engagement.
  • Being a core part of the Neirbi team and contributing to an atmosphere of comradery, teamwork, hard work, drive, success and last but not least, a fun and enjoyable work place.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of two-years of proven sales and business development experience
  • Hospitality sales experience highly recommended
  • Proven record of achieving revenue and sales budgets
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing systems
  • Strategic and creative thinker who thinks outside of the box
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality
  • Self-Starter who can take work independently both in office and on the road
This position offers a base salary and commission.
